The owner, Helene, was born and raised in Belgium, and is now a qualified chocolatier. She has studied the art of chocolate making in Brussels and has had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian’s best chocolatiers.
She is now settling her chocolate store at Dee Why Grand and aims to provide the best Belgian chocolate experience.
