Craig personally sources all other produce for his stores buying from farmers he knows share his values – beef cattle from neighbouring farms, lamb from the Junee region in Southern NSW, pork from Otway and chickens from Bannockburn. Focusing on helping customers understand what they are buying, from sourcing it to butchering it ethically and labelling it clearly.
